twitter moms

So it’s a Ning website that used “twitter” in its URL (illegally probably? since its a trademark?) and somehow gets traction because of that and proves that Twitter needs groups? Wouldn’t any site that aggregates subject based tweets prove that Twitter needs groups? Why is this more special than any other Ning group for mom’s?
