		<description>The traditional/conservative point of view is that when you're at work you slave away at Excel, Word, etc and never check your personal email, blog, etc.

I'm 33 and possibly a minority in my age range but I know a lot of people age 21-25 take it as a given that they are allowed to use the internet for whatever they want as long as it doesn't interfere with their responsibilities.  

And it is a big asset because the more connected your employees are (and hence your company) the more opportunities you'll be able to capture.</description>
