Love the blog. I think there are a couple of differences between the two:

–DiggDotUs was a C&D, which is more of a slap on the wrist - this is a lawsuit demanding damages of hundreds of thousands of dollars and “irreparable harm”
–Alexaholic had already renamed itself Statsaholic before the lawsuit was filed. It’s not exclusively a trademark claim.
