Love the blog.  I think there are a couple of differences between the two:

--DiggDotUs was a C&#38;D, which is more of a slap on the wrist - this is a lawsuit demanding damages of hundreds of thousands of dollars and "irreparable harm"
--Alexaholic had already renamed itself Statsaholic before the lawsuit was filed.  It's not exclusively a trademark claim.</description>
