Petition Against Alexa’s Statsaholic Lawsuit : where was the petition against Digg who C&D’ed DiggDotUs? Its called protecting trademark through enforcement. Ask Cisco or Apple about that.

Hey Ethan,
Love the blog. I think there are a couple of differences between the two:
–DiggDotUs was a C&D, which is more of a slap on the wrist - this is a lawsuit demanding damages of hundreds of thousands of dollars and “irreparable harm”
Posted 19 Apr 2007 at 9:03 pm ¶–Alexaholic had already renamed itself Statsaholic before the lawsuit was filed. It’s not exclusively a trademark claim.
