Web development - Recommended OS X tools - 5ThirtyOne - Derek Punsalan: I just spent the weekend setting my dear Mac Book Pro up for work as a development environment agnostic to language, meaning it works for Rails/Ruby, PHP, Javascript and Java, along with a Subversion connection. How did I do that all in one? I used Eclipse. Hey guys, sometimes Native doesn’t mean best. I’ll post the step-by-step tomorrow. I’m very happy that I finally got a development environment set. Now I have to do it on my other machine tomorrow then figure out how Rails Migrations works so I can maintain database congruency.
