		<description>del.icio.us has always had bouts of slowness and not-workingness; it's not your imagination that it's happening, only that it's new.  I find &lt;a href="http://codesorcery.net/pukka" rel="nofollow"&gt;Pukka&lt;/a&gt; to be a better way to post than the standard bookmarklet.</description>

		<description>I gave up on del.icio.us and started using ma.gnolia. 

To begin with ma.gnolia was pretty sluggish for me, but over the last month or so the speed has been great and I have come to rely on their feature of making a permanent copy of the page that you mark.

If you tried it out initially I would definitely recommend giving them another shot.
