Anyhow, good comment about the relativeness of numbers. Google is number 4 in the portals, but their kitchen doesn’t even chart on the restaurant scales.

Innovation is driven by thought, not by reaction. That is my single sentence summary of this.

I’m not saying that’s what office is - comparing MS Office to a Mini computer. I’d say that’s apt.

I think Google’s mentality is really strong, in the sense of a core understanding of the power of data and the economics of data rather than currency economics around data.
