Crucible of Innovation

The so called information age is pissing me off right now. My silly mobiles screen went insane today and I can’t Google Earth for a decent map of Kosovo. Might as well be the stone age when your technology fails you. Sometimes I really miss the age of direct communication through pen and paper instead of all the indirect conversations I have via an electronic medium.

I am so disappointed that Google won’t show me Kosovo. I know there is that whole “no maps of conflicted areas” concept, but this is an information society, and I want to Google my way through Kosovo in my spare hour of time. The utopian abundance of information is a joke, information is more accurately what is in your own backyard.
